The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2451 of 2018, Trial No.2388 of 2019 in which cognizable has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the complainant, the nature of the offence under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code under which cognizance has been taken, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with
