The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 304/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a registered Doctor. Considering the serious condition of the child, petitioner had referred the child for treatment to Sadar Hospital and had refused to give treatment. The present case has been lodged only out of anger for not giving treatment. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25929 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
