The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui (Adarsh) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner rather one coaccused Kanhaiya Kumar Singh, who was arrested with 5 K.G. Ganja, disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who fled away on the motorcycle. Neither the number of motorcycle has been given nor the said motorcycle has been seized and it is only on the basis of statement of the Kanhaiya Kumar Singh that the name of the petitioner has been brought in connection with the present case.

No.27538 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st-cumSpecial Judge, Jamui in connection with Jamui (Adarsh) P.S.
