2. The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 28.11.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 81733 of 2025.

3. This is the second modification petition and the petitioner is cautioned and it is observed that no third modification petition will be allowed.

4. The Cr. Misc. No. 81733 of 2025 was disposed of on 28.11.2025 which followed the first modification petition vide Cr. Misc. No. 81733 of 2025 which was allowed and thereafter, the second modification petition.

5. For the reasons assigned in different paragraphs, it is allowed and the period of surrender is extended by further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28391 of 2026(2) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 four weeks. This is subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

6. In the earlier order dated 28.11.2025, the amount of Rs. 15,000/- was to be contributed to the District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda. It is recorded that the amount has to be used strictly for the purchase of flower pots for the Nalanda Judgeship.

7. Paragraphs 4 and 6 of the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2025 stands modified accordingly.

8. Let a copy of the of the order be sent to the learned Principal District Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif for his perusal and needful.
