JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard Mr. Nafisuzzoha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nityanand, learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020 dated 04.01.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case, one country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2020 and claims to be a person of clean antecedent. Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
