The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 687 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 28(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1b)/26(i)(ii)(iii) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Balmiki Yadav. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner
