2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tatarpur (University) P.S. Case No. 213/23 for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/325/307/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injury.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27370 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 for today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Tatarpur (University) P.S.
