JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 After some arguments learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Chitranjan Sinhja seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition for settlement of its dues with liberty to approach the respondent Corporation with an appropriate representation.

2. As prayed, permission is accorded. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
