JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner holds a P.D.S. license, bearing license no. 65 of 2008, within Baisi Block in Purnia district. The petitioner submits that without suspending or cancelling her license, the authorities had stopped supply of the trade articles only on the basis of the lodging of the F.I.R. and order has not been communicated to her.

In case, the petitioner files a representation before the licensing authority, he / she would dispose of the same within ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation by a speaking order after hearing the petitioner.

This application stands disposed of.
