1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The matter is referred to the State Appellate Authority inasmuch as the writ application has been filed against the order dated 29.12.2014 passed in Appeal Case No. 582 of 2009 by the Presiding Officer, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj which has not been challenged before the State Appellate Authority.

3. Regards being had to the nature of dispute, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.17742 of 2015(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 is given liberty to file Appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today.

4. If Appeal is filed by the petitioner along with condonation of delay petition, the State Appellate Authority shall consider and dispose the same on its own merit within a reasonable time frame after giving opportunity of hearing to the persons concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is accordingly disposed.
