The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 86 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
