Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR would reveal that allegation of commission of firearm injury is against two persons, the petitioner Rajan Yadav and co-accused Bijendra Yadav.

Submission is that after investigation police did not send up the petitioner for trial. Others faced trial and the trial resulted in acquittal of those accused.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
