JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and admittedly, the marriage of complainant with the petitioner had taken place in the year of 2007 whereas complaint case was filed in the year of 2016 i.e. after nine years of solemnization of her marriage. Moreover, the petitioner is in jail custody since 05.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
