ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2018 in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No.615 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but from the tin shed, which is said to be belonging to the petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released
