The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that minor daughter of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27550 of 2022(3) dt.22-11-2022 2/3 accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has recorded her age as 19 years and stated that she of her own sweet-will left her house and went along with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him. She has not alleged any complicity of the family members of the petitioner or the petitioner in her elopement. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022(POCSO-12/22), subject to the conditions as laid
