The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 342, 379, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner Bindlal Yadav allegedly assaulted causing injury at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found lacerated wound on the scalp of the informant. Since, the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death to the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.

Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Chiksaura Police Station Case No. 74 of 2018.
