The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S.Case No.212 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that the brother of the informant died at Biharsharif and he has suspicion against the petitioner and other accused persons of causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact he has committed suicide and so also appears from the suicide notes and even during the investigaiton, the Manager and the Owner of the Hotel have been examined, who have stated that he had come alone in the hotel and apart from that the petitioners are ready to abide by

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 5.4.2019 is confirmed and this application is allowed with condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and and appear as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be concelled. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
