Basically the identical issue in the present writ application was the subject matter of C.W.J.C.No.3640/13 Dhananjay Kumar Mishra vrs. Bihar State Staff Selection Commission (2013 (4) PLJR 169) and the said judgment covers the subject matter of the present writ application affirmed by the Division Bench in 2015 (3) PLJR 693 (Kumud Kumar Vrs.Bihar Staff Selection Commission). The petitioner is claiming that he entitled to the relief which has been given in the aforesaid case. As the matter is covered by the aforesaid judgment, petitioner is entitled to same relief.

Accordingly, writ application is disposed of.
