The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sanhoulla P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323 and 307 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner gave a Garasa blow on the head of the son of the informant due to which the son of the informant sustained head injury. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity between the parties. From perusal of Annexure-2 it would appear that the parties had entered into

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48264 of 2015 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 compromise and a petition has been filed in the learned court below by the informant.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sanhoulla P.S. Case No. 07/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
