In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, when the Informant did not give Rs. 20/- as a fare, 13 to 14 persons have surrounded the Informant and Chinku Singh fired from the pistol which hit at the daughter of the Informant who, ultimately, died in the hospital. Looking to the entire fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26164 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 petitioner, namely, Nishu Kumar is rejected.
