The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 381 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 135 and 136 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already deposited the full amount before the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. by means of two receipts.

Learned counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd., after perusing the receipts in original, submits that payments have been made. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43011 of 2014 (3) dt.28-09-2015 before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 381 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
