ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Complainant, seeks revision of the order dated 5.3.2014, by which the Adhoc Additional District and Sessions Judge 4th, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision No.519 of 2012 set aside the order of cognizance dated 1.3.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Darbhanga in Complaint case No.1189 of 2012. On going through the impugned order, I find that the Revisional Court applied its mind to the facts of the case and thereafter concluded that the order of cognizance was bad and hence I find no merit in the application. The same is dismissed. Narendra/- (Anjana Prakash, J) U T
