The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law. From the First Information Report it appears that the victim was in her Maikey and all the people of her Maikey was busy in performing the Chath Puja. The victim committed suicide due to behaviour of her brotherin-law.
