The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute the petitioner allegedly caught hold to the husband of the informant Pintu Kumar Rajak and coaccused Sonu Rajak allegedly caused dagger blow at his stomach causing his death.

Submission is that the petitioner was not sent up for trial. However, cognizance has been taken. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018. He is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.747 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
