Case No. 277 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 2450 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is father of one Kundan Kumar with whom she has eloped and petitioner has no hand in that and petitioner is in custody since 24.7.2018.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the victim girl is still traceless. In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, once the victim
