The petitioner had earlier come before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14749 of 2016.

This is the second attempt made by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul.

By order dated 03.05.2016, the petitioner's application for anticipatory bail was rejected in the light of observation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in case of "Jai Prakash Singh Vs. State of Bihar" [2014(4) SCC 379].

In view of the above, the second application for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
