3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the entire dues have been paid to the petitioner in accordance with law, however, certain dues still remain pending to be paid to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above circumstances, the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
