2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 272, 273, 414, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 288 liters of Nepali country-made liquor has been recovered from three motorcycles and this petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized motorcycle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
