The petitioners, five in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioners and others were running betal-shop near the check-post and they were indulged in forgery by preparing fake commercial tax papers of the vehicles passing through the Integral Check-post Rajauli. On raid, different papers of the vehicles and other connected papers were recovered. The petitioners were not apprehended on the spot. Guddu Kumr, Mahesh Kumar and Ranjit Singh were apprehended and they disclosed the names of the petitioners and others. It is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40929 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 submitted that the apprehended accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sanjay Yadav and others, Mansoor Ansari & Anr and Sintu Pandey and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32104/2015, Cr. Misc. No. 32955/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 34256/2015. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 109/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
