In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The police has apprehended three persons and they have narrated how they have committed the crime and the driver has been thrown. It appears that he has also stated that one Mukhia who is in the jail operates the whole gang. The statement of Chandan Kumar itself indicates the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged incident.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26120 of 2017 (3) dt.11-08-2017 bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Raju Turha is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below will consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
