JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.12.2018, whereby while granting regular bail to the petitioner the Court has recorded that satisfaction should be of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017, corresponding to S.T. No. 797 of 2017.

It is the petitioner's case that the Sessions Trial number should be replaced and corrected to "S.T. No. 908 of 2018", which arises out of the same P.S. Case.

Considering the averment made in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 modification application, the same is allowed. Let in the order dated 04.12.2018 "Sessions Trial No. 908 of 2018" be read in place of "Sessions Trial No. 797 of 2017".
