Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi and bricks causing him injuries.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the scuffle took place on the petty issue. There is a case and counter case. Injuries caused by the petitioners were found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got
