2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(2), 305(e) of BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, when the informant (bank manager) opened the Bank, he found that left-side window had been broken, the iron rod was bent, all the cameras were damaged and the biometric scanner was stolen. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

5. On the other hand, Mr. J.N. Thakur, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused, there is nothing against the petitioner in the entire case diary. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
