Without going into the merits of the case, this application filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 25.11.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in Hathua P.S. Case No.146 of 2012 is hereby disposed off with liberty to the parties to avail their other remedy in accordance with law.
The Principal Judge, Family Court, Gopalganj, is directed to ensure that its order dated 08.07.2015 passed in CIS Case No. Miscellaneous 753 of 2013/Old Case No. Miscellaneous 162 of 2013 is strictly complied with failing which he shall take
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7858 of 2014 (8) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 stringent steps against the husband.
