The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 30.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53667 of 2013 and the petitioners have not yet been surrendered.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. Accordingly, prayer for bail is again rejected. Kundan (Gopal Prasad, J.) U
