The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. A dead body was recovered and on such a case was lodged against unknown. During course of investigation, it transpired that the son of the petitioners was missing and on recovery of the dead body the police contacted the petitioners to identify the dead body but the petitioners did not turn up to identify the dead body. On search of the house of the petitioners in presence of Mukhiya a blood stained peti-coat and blood stained sack were recovered and the petitioners were found absconding
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30008 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 locking the front gate.
It transpires that the deceased was a drunkard and always used to torture his parents and that is why the parents killed his son and thrown the dead body.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
