Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Bagaha, District- West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 230/2018.
