JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 31-08-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioners no.1, 3, 4 and 5, namely, Sujit Kumar, Raju Singh @ Raju Ranjan Kumar, Shamsher Ali and Niraj Kumar @ Mangager as they have already been apprehended by the police.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioners no.1, 3, 4 and 5 are

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Petitioner No.2, namely, Pratik Raj @ Megnath @ Megnath Kumar apprehends his arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.217 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of teasing the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner no.2, Pratik Raj @ Megnath @ Megnath Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five

No.24605 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 3/3 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S.
