The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 420, 467, 668, 471, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners asked her to pay Rs. 5 lakhs to Sandesh Chaudhary for providing job to his son Manoj Chaudhary. The informant further alleged that she gave money to Sandesh Chaudhary and her son was appointed temporarily on the post of D.O.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant did not pay any farthing to the petitioners. Sandesh Chaudhary who is said have receive money has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26004 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27914 of 2017. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing. The occurrence is of the year 2011 but the FIR was lodged on 09.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bhabua (Kaimur) in Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
