2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 307, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, on account of some altercation, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner abused and assaulted the informant and his family.

4. It is submitted that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. There is no allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let

No.24060 of 2023(5) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Danapur in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 739 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
