This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Deoria Police Station Case No.131 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 259 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a hut. The petitioner is said to be engaged in illegal trade of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
