2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as admittedly there was money dispute between the parties. It is doubtful as to whose assault resulted in injury on the head of the informant considering that three other persons apart from the petitioner are also said to have assaulted on the head.

4. Considering however that there is direct accusation of assault on the head of the informant at the hands of the petitioner also as well as that one of the injuries

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50171 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 on the informant's head being a vital part of the body being grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
