The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that the petitioner kidnapped and ravished her.

Submission is that the matter is of love affairs. There is delay of fifteen days in lodging of the FIR. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2018.

Considering the statement of the victim and no substantial material to disbelieve her, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge
