2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of iron rod, farsa, sword etc.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Raj Kishore Paswan and Kundan Paswan. So far this petitioner is concerned, allegation of assault against him is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28074 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.)
