The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 816 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.01.2023. He further submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner and also T.I parade has been held by the police.

As per F.I.R, two miscreants looted the informant at gun point and also assaulted him.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24142 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 816 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Araria Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
