JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-07-2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been given second A.C.P. In that view of the matter, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach to the appropriate Authority raising her grievance with regard to non-granting second A.C.P. and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the same, the Authority will be obliged to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

As in the present case, the matter relates to entitlement

Patna High Court CWJC No.7922 of 2013 dt.11-07-2016 of B.A. Trained Scale, claiming some junior person has been granted the same but, she has been deprived of, during pendency, her case was considered and rejected which has not been challenged in the present proceeding.

Hence, this writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned observation.
