1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That a writ of Certiorari be issued;
(i) For setting aside the order of termination. If any, after calling for the same from the Civil Surgeon- cum- Chief Medical Officer, West Champaran (Respondent No.3), by which the services of the Petitioner has been terminated from the post of class IV in complete absence of the principles of natural justice.
Further a writ of mandamus be issued;
(ii) For direction to the Respondent No.3 reinstate the Petitioner on the post of class IV with effect from the date of termination with
Patna High Court CWJC No.17947 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 all consequential benefits."
