I do not see it a fit case whereunder there happens to be any scope for reconsideration of anticipatory bail as the same stood rejected vide order dated 23.03.2015 under Cr.Misc.No.31014/2014. Accordingly, petitions for anticipatory bail filed on behalf of petitioners no. 1, 2 and 3 are rejected. So far petitioner no.4, Nand Lal Singh is concerned, his case stands on similar footing as that of petitioners who had been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.04.2014 under Cr.Misc.No.31014/2014 and in the aforesaid background,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49133 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 petitioner no. 4, Nand Lal Singh, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.
