The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 447, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For property dispute the petitioner allegedly assaulted the informant and her husband. Both are agnates. Allegation is not specific. There is case and counter case. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
