The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) (g) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.10.2018. He further submits that 57 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the dickey of the car. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in
